Let patients hear what care feels like.
Your website can describe attentive care. A patient's voice can make it personal. Add Video Testimonials to Patient10x Reviews to collect guided patient stories, review every submission, and choose the clips that help people get to know your practice before their first visit.
Good care deserves more than a star rating.
People choosing a doctor want to know whether they will feel heard, understand their care, and be treated with respect. A short rating cannot tell that whole story. Yet collecting videos through scattered messages and informal requests leaves busy practice teams managing questions, files, and permissions by hand. Give patient stories a clear path from invitation to review.
Make your care more relatable
Let willing patients describe the communication, kindness, and support they experienced in their own words. Their voices give prospective patients a more personal introduction to your doctors and staff than practice descriptions alone.
Skip the filming appointment
Patients answer your campaign questions using a phone or computer camera. Send invitations individually or in bulk by SMS, email, or both, so your team can collect stories without arranging an in-office video shoot.
Keep the decision with your team
Review submitted clips in Patient10x Reviews, then approve or reject the submission. Download the clips you choose for your own channels after checking permissions. Video collection belongs in the same reputation workspace, not a second product to manage.
How it works
Choose your questions
Create a video campaign for the location with Video Testimonials enabled. Use guided questions about communication, staff interactions, or the visit experience to give patients a clear starting point.
Send the invitation
Select the active video campaign before sending. Invite patients individually or through a bulk SMS and email campaign using contacts your practice is permitted to reach. The invitation offers a choice to participate, not permission to publish.
Let patients tell the story
Patients acknowledge the video release before recording, then answer one question at a time on camera. Each answer can be up to 3 minutes. The limit applies per question, not to the entire testimonial.
Review before you share
Your authorized practice team reviews the completed submission and approves or rejects it. Download chosen clips for your own publishing workflow. Professional editing is available as a separate paid option for approved submissions.
Patient choice. Practice oversight.
Patient stories deserve a deliberate process. Patient10x Reviews records release acknowledgement details and gives your team a review step. Your practice remains responsible for required patient authorizations, privacy review, and decisions about where and how a video is used.
Is this part of Patient10x Reviews?
Yes. Video Testimonials is an optional, location-based upgrade within Patient10x Reviews. Your team creates campaigns and reviews submissions in the same platform it uses for its reputation workflow. It is not a separate product.
How do we invite patients to record?
Create a campaign, then explicitly select that active campaign when sending a video invitation. You can send individual requests or bulk invitations by SMS, email, or both. A campaign link is also available to share. Use your practice's approved outreach process and contact permissions; patients choose whether to take part.
How long can each video answer be?
Patients can record up to 3 minutes per question using a supported phone or computer browser. Each campaign question has its own recording limit, so a campaign with several questions is not limited to 3 minutes in total.
Does the video release replace HIPAA authorization?
Do not treat the release acknowledgement as a substitute for any required HIPAA authorization. Marketing use or disclosure of protected health information generally requires written authorization, and a valid authorization has specific requirements. Have your privacy or legal advisor review your permissions and intended uses before featuring a patient video. The platform does not make that compliance determination for your practice.
Are videos edited or published automatically?
No. Your team reviews submissions and decides which to approve. You can download clips and publish them through your own website or social channels after checking permissions. Professional editing is a separate paid option for approved submissions, not automatic editing included with collection. Approval does not automatically post a video to your website or social media.
