Make patient trust easier to discover.
Before someone calls your practice, they want to understand the care you offer and why others trust you. Bring your services, public review proof, practice photos and useful answers into a dedicated page built for people, search engines and AI-assisted discovery. Turn the reputation you have earned into a clearer first impression.
Your reputation deserves more than a number.
A star rating cannot explain your services, show your office or answer the questions a prospective patient asks before booking. When that information is scattered, people have to do the work themselves. An AI-Optimized Practice Listing brings your public practice story and reputation proof into one useful destination.
Explain your practice clearly
Organized services, location details, hours and FAQs give prospective patients a clearer picture of what you offer. Search-friendly structure and machine-readable practice information help search and AI systems understand the page without promising a particular ranking or recommendation.
Give patient trust more context
Bring eligible Google reviews and approved, permission-backed testimonials together with your practice story. Use a gallery and supported video embeds to introduce your office, team and approach, while keeping clinical details and private feedback out of public marketing.
Make contacting you simpler
Keep the details people need together: services, opening hours, directions, website and contact options. Share a focused page for each enabled location instead of asking prospective patients to piece the practice story together across several places.
How it works
Set up the practice page
Enable the listing for the location and add your public practice description, services, hours, contact details and branding. Keep the information accurate and suitable for a public audience.
Choose appropriate public proof
Use imported Google reviews where available and approved testimonials with the required public-sharing permission and healthcare authorization. Add practice imagery and supported video links that your team has cleared for use.
Create and check useful content
Generate AI-assisted summaries and FAQs when sufficient eligible review content is available. Check the output against your actual services, claims and permissions before treating it as public practice copy.
Share the right location
Link the public page from your website and practice communications. Maintain the page as your services, hours and media change. Review imports and visible content depend on your connected data, settings and permissions.
Public trust without private details.
Healthcare visibility requires deliberate publishing decisions. Patient10x applies permission controls to written testimonials, but your practice still needs to review its imagery, embedded videos and AI-generated copy. Use the page to explain your practice, not to expose a patient's clinical story without appropriate authorization.
What does the AI-Optimized Practice Listing include?
The listing brings public practice details, services, hours, a map, eligible reviews and media into a dedicated page. AI-assisted summaries and FAQs can help explain the practice using qualifying feedback, review data and available practice context. Each location with the listing feature enabled can have its own page. It is not a patient portal or a place for storing care records.
Does it replace our website or Google Business Profile?
No. It complements both by giving your practice another focused destination for public information and reputation proof. A Google connection supports imported review content where available. A Patient10x listing does not create or replace a Google profile and does not include a new appointment-booking integration.
Where do the AI summary and FAQs come from?
The generator draws on qualifying survey feedback, eligible testimonials, synced Google review comments and available website context. It needs at least three qualifying text entries. You can edit the summary and FAQs; eligible pages may also be regenerated nightly when qualifying content counts change. Regeneration can replace manual edits, so review the result for accuracy and suitability as public copy. This is not real-time content updating.
How should we handle patient privacy and consent?
Approved written testimonials must also have public-sharing permission and the healthcare authorization required by the platform before they are used as public testimonial sources. The practice remains responsible for appropriate authorization for imagery, externally embedded videos and other marketing content. An approval click or a simple video release acknowledgement is not automatically sufficient HIPAA authorization. Keep private feedback and clinical details out of public practice content.
Does this guarantee search visibility, and how is it priced?
No platform can guarantee Google rankings, indexing, traffic, rich results or recommendations from ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI systems. The listing supports discovery with clear public content and structured information. The standard listing add-on is $49 per location per month; existing bundles or granted access may differ.
